Once you've completed these steps, your AI agent will be ready to interact with your customers. You can customize its behavior, train it with your data, and monitor its performance from the dashboard.

Step 1: Creating Your Account

Getting started with AyAgent is completely free. Here's how to create your account:

  1. Visit the AyAgent signup page
  2. Enter your email address and create a secure password
  3. Verify your email address through the confirmation email
  4. Complete your profile setup with basic business information

Step 2: Creating Your First Agent

After signing in to your account, navigate to the Agents section and click on "Create New Agent." You'll be presented with several template options to choose from based on your business needs:

Select the template that best matches your use case and give your agent a name. You can then proceed to customize its responses and behavior.

Agent Configuration

After selecting a template, you'll need to configure your agent:

  • Agent Name - Choose a friendly name for your agent
  • Description - Brief description of what your agent does
  • Personality - Set the tone and style of responses
  • Business Context - Add information about your business

Step 3: Connecting Communication Channels

With your agent created, the next step is to connect it to your preferred communication channels. AyAgent supports multiple channels, and you can connect as many as you need.

WhatsApp Integration

WhatsApp is our most popular integration. Here's how to set it up:

  1. Go to the Credentials section in your dashboard
  2. Click "Add New Credential" and select WhatsApp
  3. Scan the QR code with your WhatsApp Business account
  4. Confirm the connection and select your agent

Email Integration

For email support, you can connect your business email:

  1. Add a new Email credential
  2. Enter your email server settings (IMAP/SMTP)
  3. Test the connection
  4. Configure email routing rules

Live Chat Widget

Add a chat widget to your website:

  1. Create a Live Chat credential
  2. Customize the widget appearance
  3. Copy the embed code
  4. Add the code to your website

Testing Your Agent

Before going live, it's important to test your agent:

  • Use the built-in chat simulator in the dashboard
  • Send test messages through your connected channels
  • Review and adjust responses as needed
  • Check that escalation to human agents works properly

Going Live

Once you're satisfied with your agent's responses, you can make it live:

  1. Switch your agent from "Test Mode" to "Live Mode"
  2. Monitor initial conversations closely
  3. Make adjustments based on real customer interactions
  4. Set up monitoring and analytics
